The first single by S.P.Q.R, Talking To The Dead, is about a man who kills a woman in a momentary loss of control. He instantly regrets what he has done and begins talking to the woman's lifeless corpse, consoling himself with the reason he needs consoling. Ah, the bittersweet irony.
